Sun Protection - It’s Important!

ACCUTANE^™ may increase your sensitivity to the sun.

Avoid long periods in the sun. When you are in the sun, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher to help protect your skin.

When choosing a sunscreen to use on your face, back and chest, choose one that’s oil-free, won’t cause blackheads or whiteheads (non-comedogenic), and won’t cause acne (non-acnegenic).
